Please note: We regret to inform you that we are not accepting new clients at this time.

Anndi Photography is a product photography firm based out of  Vancouver, British Columbia. Anndi Photography specializes in  product and marketing photography for companies and small, medium, or large businesses to use on their websites and in their media, such as brochures, ads, listings, and catalogues. Anndi Photography  is a  hassle-free photography firm that puts the emphasis on you. It’s your product,  so it’s your photo shoot. You call the shots. Anndi Photography is pleased to  offer the most flexible service coupled with the most flexible prices. Anndi  Photography opened its doors to the Lower Mainland in 2006 and has accumulated a substantial  client list and portfolio offering commercial product and marketing photography. Anndi Photography is owned and operated by photographer and web/graphic designer, Danni Fitzpatrick.

Danni Fitzpatrick, originally from London, England, moved to Vancouver in 2003 after spending a short while living in Spain. At the time, Danni was 13 years old, already into photography, and running a resource website aimed at young webmasters and graphic designers by  the name of Colour Fun. Colour Fun ran a strong online presence for four years between 2002-2006 before Danni was forced to shut it down due to its  overwhelming popularity. Shortly thereafter, she started Anndi Photography.  Within a few months, Danni was photographing weddings, company events, museum  exhibitions, and more. It was during this period that Danni found her passion in still life/product photography.

In 2008, Danni graduated from Centennial Secondary school with honours, academic awards, and a provincial scholarship which she may use toward studying law in Fall 2012. Danni breezed through school, excelling in just about everything. English, French, Spanish, Math, Biology, History, and ancillary courses such as Psychology, Tourism, Info-Tech, and Media Arts. She continued, however, with only photography, working for the Museum of Vancouver, where her photographs are  still on display on their website and in their book, “A Vision for Change.” That same year, she also started working at Sears Portrait Studio. She continued to photograph weddings, events, and company product lines on the side.

In 2010, Danni left her position at Sears Portrait Studio to pursue her own product photography firm with more focus. Anndi Photography received a face lift, some upgraded equipment, and a new lease on life. This is where it’s at today. More refined, more professional, and as  always, affordable. Anndi Photography prides itself in being Vancouver’s premier  product photography firm. Danni also started Anndi Designs this year, which offers design and print solutions to businesses of all sizes; and revived  her original web and graphic design community website, Colour Fun, aimed at  helping kids aged 16 and under to pursue their interests in the ever-growing  world of digital design.

In 2012, Danni launched a cool new concept called photo|meets, a global photography club. Danni travels a lot and decided that it would be fun to be able to meet up with other photographers in the cities she goes to and shoot with a group of like-minded folks. The idea is to get together, shoot together, and share together. A photomeet is hosted in a different city almost every month, and after the meetups, photographers are encouraged to share their work with other global members online through various social media hubs. photo|meets also hosts global photowalks. This new global photography club is for photographers of all skill levels to come together to share and learn from each other.

Danni’s other hobbies include graphic design, of course, as well as dragon boating, Hawaiian outrigger canoeing, lots of traveling, and video games! She also likes working with computers in general and getting the opportunity to fix broken devices. Danni likes a good puzzle, as well as a good read, and also spending time with her two dogs; a giant male black lab-cross-English mastiff named Sammy, and a medium-sized female Australian kelpie (looks just like a  German shepherd) named Keeva. Danni has an older sister and two younger brothers, is 22 years old, and lives in Coquitlam, British Columbia. She works as a legal assistant in her spare time.

Danni’s photographic work has been published by the Museum of Vancouver many times. Several of her images are permanently displayed on their website and in their annual reports, and she has a full-page colour photo published in the museum’s book, A Vision for Change. Danni received honourable mention in the PX3 photographic competition based out of Paris, France, and has also had her work sold at  various fund raising auctions. Danni’s other achievements and accomplishments over the years include several academic awards in linguistics (English, French, Spanish), media arts, public speaking, and other subjects, as well as a provincial scholarship, and awards in web and graphic design.

The name Anndi Photography derived from the fact  that most photographers name their firms after themselves. However, there is a large number of Danni’s in other industries already present on the Internet. Anndi is a simple rearrangement of the letters in Danni’s name, as well as a  nickname commonly used to refer to her. Danni was initially given the nickname Andisheh by some of her Iranian friends. Andisheh is a Persian girl’s name, meaning “thought” in Farsi, and was shortened to Anndi to better suit Danni’s personality.

Thank you for visiting Anndi Photography and taking an interest in the services we offer. We hope you find what you are looking for and rely on Anndi Photography for your company’s commercial photography needs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.

Sincerely,

Danni Fitzpatrick
(a.k.a Anndi)
