We are a busy, high-volume firm, and we have placed as much information on this site as possible to reduce the need to explain it via email or telephone to each individual client. Anndi Photography can provide on-location photo shoots with same-day, on-site returns via portable studios. If you would prefer to send your product to us for an in-house shoot, or would like to send an inquiry by mail, you may use the mailing address listed below. Please note that we do not have a store front.

1. Q. What are your rates?
   A. Please review the Pricing page on our website. We charge $50 per hour.
2. Q. What is your availability like?
   A. At this time, our widest availability is evenings and weekends. Please contact us if your business does not operate during these hours. Scheduling is usually done a minimum of two weeks in advance. Shooting hours are 9am-9pm PST.
3. Q. Where is your studio located?
   A. We do not have a store front. We are an on-location firm based out of Coquitlam.
4. Q. Do you take passport or ID photos?
   A. No. We are a product photography firm.
5. Q. How about portraits or headshots?
   A. No. We are a product photography firm.
6. Q. Do you photograph weddings? Pets?
   A. No. We are a product photography firm.
7. Q. What kinds of backdrops do you have?
   A. You may request virtually any solid colour for your product shoot.
8. Q. Do you sell backdrops?
   A. No. We do not sell photography equipment of any kind. We sell photographic services.
9. Q. Can you transfer photos to/from slides/negatives/VHS?
   A. No.
10. Q. What do you mean when you say your phone line is “not monitored”?
    A. We do not employ a receptionist. If we are on a job, the phone will not be answered.
