Pricing here at Anndi Photography is straight-forward and competitive. There are never any hidden costs or fees. As we find it difficult to design packages that suit everyone’s individual needs, we think it’s best to sit down with each individual client for a consultation on your personal needs and budget and work out a cost from there. We pride ourselves in offering the most flexible service at the lowest costs. Listed below are some basic options available to you.
A basic package is $200, which includes the session fee, and provides as many photos as we can take during a two-hour photoshoot at your place of business, plus one hour of editing. Any time-overages or advanced editing requests are charged at the usual rate of $50 per hour. This is the most commonly requested package.
All photo shoots incur a one-time session fee of $50 and an hourly rate of $50. There is a two hour minimum charge, and this plus the session fee are due, cash or cheque, up front at the time of your photo shoot. If you request two photographers, you will be paying two sets of hourly rates. If you would like an on-location shoot outside of Coquitlam and its immediate surroundings, there will be a minimum $20 mileage/travel fee. Otherwise, you may opt to mail us your product for an in-house shoot, which incurs no session fee, so you save $50!
You may choose to pay per unit for your photo shoot. Paying per unit means that for each photo we take during your shoot, you pay $0.10. Once you have viewed the photos taken during the shoot, you may select only your favourites to be burnt onto a CD for an additional $1.50 per image or transferred to your own USB storage device for an additional $0.50 per image. You may purchase a CD of your entire shoot (up to 100 images) for $60 or have your entire shoot transferred to your USB storage device for $40. Basic retouching is included at no additional cost. Package options are also available via consultation.
Basic retouching is provided free of charge. This includes dirt and dust removal, black and white conversions, and colour correction.
Advanced retouching is at a cost of $20 per image, or $50 per hour, depending on the number of images. Please be specific about what you would like to have edited in your photos to find out if it falls under basic or advanced retouching. An example of advanced retouching is chroma-key backdrop replacement. Please note that removing backgrounds from large quantities of images can be a very time-consuming process, which often incurs large costs. Please be aware of this when requesting this type of work.
Prints of your photos may be purchased upon request. Print costs vary depending on size and other factors. If you would like prints of some or all of your photos, please let us know during your primary consultation so that we can inform you of the current rates. Prints can be made in a wide variety of sizes, from 2×3 to 24×96 and with options such as matte, glossy, laminate, or dry mount. Costs generally range from $3-$99.
Payment for your digital files, CDs, prints, or other products you purchase is due the day that you place your order. We will arrange a secondary consultation after your photo shoot during which time you can review and select photos and products. We will conclude by providing you with a total, and you may pay cash or cheque. Digital files are provided the same day as your order. CDs can also be made same day, or for larger orders, can be mailed out or delivered within two business days. Prints will be delivered within two business days.
For companies that intend to use the photos taken during their shoot in a wider variety of media, such as the Internet, additional fees may be incurred. Please let us know how you will be using the images during your primary consultation so that we may provide you with a quote for these fees, if necessary.
Photo restoration is when you provide us with an image that you already own that requires repair or retouching. Pricing for this service is done by assessment only. Different levels of damage incur different costs. Please contact us to find out more and to arrange a consultation so that we may provide you with a quote, free of charge.

We do not offer passport or ID photos of any kind (this includes headshots), nor can we transfer photos from slides to prints, or vice-versa, or transfer to or from VHS or any other media outside of prints, CDs, and DVDs. Please also note that Anndi Photography is an on-location/small product photography firm only. We do not possess a large-scale portrait studio or store front and consultations are done at your home or place of business. Anndi Photography retains rights to the photos taken during your shoot to be used on our website and in our portfolios for promotional and exemplary purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
You have the right to use your purchased photos only in the manner which is agreed upon during your consultation, and deviating from this usage is in violation of our terms of agreement.
The right to display the photos you purchase on the Internet is at an additional cost, which can be discussed during your consultation.
Replication of photos without consulting Anndi Photography is strongly discouraged and is at your own risk unless otherwise agreed upon.
All photos are invisibly watermarked and digitally traceable.
Any violation of these agreements is subject to legal action.
